- Taking programs outside traditional theatre settings

RESOURCING THE PLAN
To achieve our goals, we need to raise and/or earn ~$5 million by the end of 2027. Through our implementation, we’re fundraising for capacity-building separate from our annual fundraising. Alongside our 25th anniversary celebration, we launched the Next 25 Fund, our capacity-building fund focused on resourcing our strategic plan. Our ambitious goal is to raise $250,000 by the end of 2025 through major gifts (including planned giving) and strategic partnerships. We’re also diligently focused on growing our Madame X Society membership base.
Major gifts are the key area for financial growth for Off Square Theatre. As part of the operating plan, Off Square Theatre aims to expand our staff to include a position focused on major gifts.
