May 31 | 1:30pm & 6:30pm

June 1 | 4:00pm

Olga, Masha, and Irina are stuck in a rural town they hate.

They detest the lack of culture, and they aren’t wild about the snow. They were raised in Moscow but can’t seem to tear themselves away from their provincial life, no matter how hard they try. (Or think they try.)
Friends visit, drink, and talk—well, for the most part everybody stays friends, but life and love get messy in a small town. Flames catch, years pass, and the three sisters laugh, cry, and dance through it all. Join Off Square Theatre for a staged reading of Three Sisters, Anton Chekhov’s classic play. Three Sisters features direction by Allison Watrous and translation from Paul Schmidt.
