Interested in working alongside a professional director, designers, and actors this summer? Apply now to intern with the crew of Thin Air Shakespeare’s ROMEO AND JULIET. Applications are due April 15.
This program is free. A stipend may be provided for some positions.
WHO: This program is open to students (in grade 8+ in fall of 2024), college students, and young professionals.
WHAT: There are so many jobs that need doing to put on a professional Shakespeare play! Depending on your areas of expertise and interest, you may be assigned to support rehearsals with stage management, construct and paint sets with the scenic designer, assemble and manage costumes with the costume designer, or work backstage and front of house during the run of Romeo and Juliet.
WHEN: Rehearsals begin June 10. Performances are July 12-14 and 18-21. You do not necessarily need to be available for the entire rehearsal and/or performance period to apply for an internship. You will note your availability when you apply and crew assignments will be distributed accordingly.
