Please join us after Old Bill’s Fun Run on Saturday, September 7th for a picnic potluck to celebrate
our talented young thespians and our dedicated community! We’ll gather for food, fun, & perhaps a song or two.
Where: Mike Yokel Park
When: 1:00 to 3:00 pm
No RSVP is needed, but if you are able to join us, please follow the guideline below for
what to contribute to the potluck. Off Square Theatre will provide cutlery and napkins. Please bring
the appropriate servingware for your dish. We will also have cards on hand to label any
specific dishes for vegetarian/gluten free friendly, etc.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE POTLUCK:
If your last name begins with…
- A-G please bring an entree
- H-N please bring a side dish
- O-T please bring dessert
- U-Z please bring individual drinks in cans/pouches
(Please plan to bring enough to share with 8-10 people!)
We hope to see as many of you as we can as we celebrate all of your kids and the
commitment you all make to our youth programming!
